JOB OPPORTUNITY in London - deutschsprachige/r Business Development Executive

We are looking for a German speaking Business Development Executive to join our exciting and fast growing international gadget company  

Satzuma, based in Honor Oak Park (SE23 1RD) is a global manufacturer and supplier of fun, eye catching gadgets that are sold into B2B retail channels around the world.

We are looking for somebody that enjoys selling, not order taking, somebody that wants to sell intelligently and not from a script, somebody who's positive, your positivity will rub off on others and ours on you and ultimately somebody that wants to make an impact and grow with the company.

You will have to account manage pre-existing house accounts to a target, as well as meet targets for developing completely new business.  Commission will be measured quarterly and we will be travelling internationally for meetings with clients and to global trade shows.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated to achieve goals and make commission. You will be supported in your efforts to achieve the goals, but ultimately it is your responsibility to make it happen.

Experience in sales and/or account management is not essential. 

We are looking for a professional individual who wants to progress and grow at the same rate as the company.  You must be a target driven person who has high standards of communication and customer service.

Key Skills and experience:
  • German speaking to a native level
  • The ability to grow new business and develop existing accounts.
  • Able to demonstrate ownership of their target with a pro-active attitude.
  • Good account management skills
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Enthusiastic approach with customers
  • Extremely organised and numerically confident
  • Money Motivated
  • Have a positive attitude
  • hold full UK Driving Licence(not essential)

Salary: £22 - 25k + Commission (OTE 35K+)
